104-YEAR-OLD WOMAN DIET COKE HABIT KEEPS HER LIVING
Have you ever had a seemingly silly addiction to something? Nothing too harmful. Or at least it seemed that way. Addicted to sandwiches, or consuming just a little too much coffee. I once drank eight cups in a day because the coffee was so darn good. Have you ever been addicted to watching TV? Have crazy Netflix weekends where you didn’t manage to even leave your home? YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THIS
Despite being born about sixty-eight years before Coke was debuted, let alone Diet Coke, she took a fancy to it and began to create her own longevity drug without realizing it. When she turned 101-years-old, she noted that it must be because of her consuming Diet-Coke. But don’t start a Diet Coke habit just yet. If it’s not a part of your daily habit, you may not want to consume it daily. Anything is fine in moderation. Too much of a good thing often has negative results. Do you really want to be living in a retirement home in your hundreds?
HEALTH HAZARDS FROM CONSUMING ARTIFICIAL SUGAR
Most sugary drinks and artificial sugary drinks have harmful side effects. They are often linked to chronic diseases. If you have a healthy habit keep them up. You don’t need to start consuming Diet Coke daily. And try not to mimic a zany 104-year-old woman.
