AN INDIANA CHICK-FIL-A HOSTED A FOOLISH RUNAWAY COW, BRIEFLY
So you’ve probably seen the Chick-Fil-A ads of cows wearing signs saying, “Eat Mor Chikin.” They’re kind of funny, in a macabre, carnivore sort of way. I certainly like the odd burger or steak now and again. But a foolish cow in Indiana made a very odd choice when it ran away and hung out in a Chick-Fil-A parking lot in Indiana. Maybe this was no bull, but this cow clearly never saw the commercials. It’s like a turkey hanging out on your driveway the night before Thanksgiving. Cow, you have chosen poorly.

MANY BYSTANDERS WONDERED IF THIS WAS JUST A MARKETING PLOY
But witnesses who saw the foolish cow initially suspected that the whole thing was a publicity stunt for the food chain. Sure, that would have been funny! But that’s not what happened. Maybe there are some marketing peeps out there kicking themselves for the lost opportunity to cash in on a winner. Anyway, cameras saw the cow running away from police towards the restaurant in Indiana’s Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville. For the rest of us not familiar with Indiana, that’s a little north of Indianapolis.

LOCAL POLICE HAD FUN WITH THE SCENE AFTER THEY WRASSLED THE WAYWARD COW
Local police had a sense of humor about the whole affair. They posted on Facebook, “NPD was able to ‘run with the bulls’ last night. We were chasing this running wild bovine all over the east side…” But even more, the police asked anyone with videos or pictures of the cow chase to put them in the comments of their post. One person wrote, “I think Chick-Fil-A needs to use this as a commercial.” One woman, Athena Hopkins, posted a video of the cow where you could hear someone saying, “hey, is this like a promo for Chick-Fil-A.” The video went slightly viral in just a couple days. So far, there’s still no information about what happened to the wayward, foolish cow.
