TEXAS HAS A ROGUE COMMISSIONER WITH NEW, ILLEGAL GENDER DRESS CODE FOR AG STAFFERS
Ah, Texas. The Lone Star State is not alone in being large enough that MAGA freaks pop up like an endless game of whack a mole in state government. And this latest example is simply a doozie that even I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around. The Texas AG Commie (Texas Department of Agriculture Commissioner) has drunk the culture wars Kool-Aid, spiked it with retro pure Budweiser, and gone all the way down the rabbit hole. His name is Sid Miller, and he is obsessed with doing his part to “protect” Texas from any possible transgender manifestation by mandating a gender color dress code.

GENDER COLOR DRESS CODE MEANS MEN WEAR THE PANTS, BUT THEY CAN’T BE PINK
So what the hell is a gender color dress code? Well, it all has to do with whatever color people “should” wear depending on whether they have a penis or a vagina. And no, this is not a joke. He memorandum went out last Friday, and it spells out just how far down the rabbit hole Miller has lost himself. The policy summary is that “Employees are expected to comply with this dress code in a manner consistent with their biological gender.” So what does this mean? Any man who wears anything “feminine” will be “subject to corrective action” and “asked to leave the premises to change their clothing.”

And yes, the gender color dress code also means that any woman wearing pants deemed to be too “masculine” would also be in trouble. And if any gender color dress code violators are repeat offenders, they could even lose their jobs! This new totally opinion-based policy will apply to all employees in the Texas AG, as well as interns and anyone under contract. You can expect this noxious Napoleonic announcmeent to run afoul of Title VII, which bans employment discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. And there’s that pesky First Amendment right to free speech.
I’m thinking Sid Miller is lashing out at a world where Tucker Carlson is no longer on Fox News.
