MAGA TEXAS MAN SPENT $4,000 ON A TAYLOR SWIFT GUITAR JUST TO SMASH IT IN PUBLIC
Taylor Swift has become an icon in more than just a few ways recently. Obviously, she’s a huge pop star, which means she has a HUGE and young social media following, and she supports women’s rights, AND she endorsed Kamala Harris for President of the United States. So naturally, Trump hates her for getting the vote out, and the MAGA following hates her, too. Now after enduring that cascade of pop political identity chain, you might (and I really only mean might) understand how an apparent MAGA Texas man spent $4,000 to buy a Taylor Swift guitar, only to smash it.

CROWD CHEERED HAPPILY AS MAGA TEXAS MAN TOOK A HAMMER TO POP STAR GUITAR
Now I believe in investing in things that are important to us. And those things can even be frivolous by most people’s standards. I do try, and fail, not to judge. But this seems stupid by any measure. The MAGA man from North Texas made a spectacle of himself and the Taylor Swift guitar smashing at the annual Ellis County Wild Game Dinner. This dinner is a “non-profit organization that raises money to benefit youth agricultural education” in Ellis County. And as you can see in the video link below, the man had a receptive, cheering audience celebrating their collective hatred of the popular singer.

MAGA FOLKS IN NORTH TEXAS SAY SMASHING TAYLOR SWIFT GUITAR WAS JUST “GOOD FUN”
You can see the MAGA Texas man grab the (possibly) signed Taylor Swift guitar and hit it over and over again with a hammer, as the crowd cheers him on. Then it seemed like he was going to make a classic rock and roll move and smash it on the ground when the host stepped in to stop him. Representatives for the event and others who were there said it was all in good fun, nothing malicious about it. But I have to say that they might say the same thing burning an effigy of someone they disagree with, all in good fun, too.
