Another day, another Bill O’Reilly video where he leaks sadness from his flappy hell-mouth. He’s got the kind of face only a mother would love and unleashes the kind of vile, wrong-mouthed hate-spew that only Fox News viewers can tolerate.
He declared war on the supposed War on Christmas, thus making it war². His persecution complex knows no bounds, it seems, as he’s personally offended when people use the word “holidays” instead of “Christmas,” because that means “war” or something to Bill O’Reilly, who clearly is so pants-shrinkingly uptight that he can’t accept a catch-all word like “holidays.”
“Everything was swell up until about 10 years ago when creeping secularism and pressure from groups like the ACLU began attacking the Christmas holiday. They demanded the word Christmas be removed from advertising and public displays.”

It all happened a magical 10 years ago! Remember the good ol’ days of 2003, back before the Great War on Christmas? Remember the rosy-cheeked Christmas mornings before the horrible OTHER religions started creeping in? Well, Bill O’Reilly does, and he isn’t afraid to go on air and talk about his very thinly veiled hatred of having to share anything, like an adult, insinuating that Bill O’Reilly is not an adult but actually an evil Bill Murray-faced manchild.
But sadly, it’s not just Bill that thinks the world is out to get him; he’s managed to corral a whole host of followers, many of whom have worldviews nearly as despicable as his own. These followers have persecution complexes so large that they can barely acknowledge that for MILLENNIA they, as White Christian Males, have been on top — and can barely get a grasp on the fact that they have to share the world with other religions. “They don’t want Jesus’ birth acknowledged. They don’t want nativity scenes in the public square or out on the courthouse. They don’t want Jesus exalted as the Son of God. They want any references of God expunged from America. However, they don’t have any problem with Mohammed or Allah being mentioned in public. However, when you mention the name of Jesus, that’s a totally different story. Who are perpetrating this war on Christmas? It’s the secularists, atheists, secularist organizations, some corporations, even certain members of Congress. Those same people also want us to stop saying “Merry Christmas” and instead say, “Happy Holidays” or “Merry X-mas”. They also want to change the term “Happy Thanksgiving” to “Turkey Day” etc. It’s pathetic.”

Pathetic, indeed, that a grown-ass man doesn’t know how to share the air with people that don’t believe in the exact same “magic man who knows everything and lives in a cloud” that he does. Pathetic, true, that Bill feels the need to make the holidays about his White Christian Male needs. Pathetic, entirely, that I have to sit here and write about the unbalanced hatemonger that is Bill O’Reilly, who is an adult human being and should be capable of living in a world with other people. But that’s the way it goes with the “War on Christmas,” folks. The completely made-up attention-grab from failed adults who can’t bear the fact that other people are going to get presents.
