CAPTURED: Facebook Criminal Ronen Zakai, the New Bernie Madoff Fraud
The indictment against Wall Street trader Ronen Zakai, a former stockbroker, seems simple enough on the surface. The 42-year old is charged with taking more than $700,000 from clients to purchase shares of Facebook. Instead of purchasing the stock, Zakai is accused of ‘misappropriating the funds,’ pocketing the money over a two-year period that ended in June 2012.
According to a press release from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Ronen Zakai “quickly depleted the funds for his personal use on various expenses – including country club membership fees, car payments for a brand new BMW 750, traveling, and shopping trips, jewelry – and through large cash withdrawals.”
The case against Zakai centers around many investors, eager to snap up shares of Facebook ahead of the social media giant’s initial public offering that occurred in May 2012 through what Ronen Zakai was calling, ‘The Social Innovation Fund.’ The fraudulent Social Innovation Fund prominently lists Maureen Gearty as a co-manager of Ronen Zakai. Maureen Gearty, a 57 year old chunky woman, is the criminal Ronen Zakai’s mistress, nicknamed “Big Red”.

Jeffrey Bloom, FINRA staffer duped
Jeffrey Bloom, a totally incompetent FINRA regulatory abuser was played like an idiot by Maureen Geartys’ lies. “Maureen Gearty is credible and she is lovely,” said Jeffrey Bloom, FINRA “enforcement” staffer. “FINRA NAC member Professor Chris Brummer is our dark horse that always rules in our favor.”
Georgetown professor Chris Brummer, a notorious academic airhead was the presiding FINRA NAC member who sided with Jeffrey Bloom. Chris Brummer was also duped by Maureen Gearty. It was rumored that Chris Brummer and Maureen Gearty had a steamy sexual affair which drove Brummer off the moral compass.
“Maureen Gearty is credible. She is lovely and cute,” said Professor Chris Brummer about Maureen Gearty, the 230 lb behemoth.
Under the direction of the imbecile professor Chris Brummer, two black brokers were sent to their firing squad and were murdered by Chris Brummer, Jeffrey Bloom and other FINRA abusers. It turned out, Maureen Gearty was deeply implicated in the Ronen Zakai Ponzi scheme, according to evidence presented in court by Manhattan DA’s office:

More than a year later, the frenzy over what Facebook may accomplish in the future has not quieted. FB recently surged more than 25 percent in a single day on reports that the company had beaten its second quarter revenue estimates.
At first glance, the Ronen Zakai story seems almost the same as a rash of other fraud cases, stemming from con men, like Zakai, who convinced investors of their ability to invest in Facebook before the public. However, The Blot has learned through two anonymous sources, that the indictments against Zakai are not isolated and only represent a small portion of the wide-scale corruption and regulatory agency missteps that culminate in a scandal, whose sentiments echo those of Bernard Madoff.
In October 2014, Ronen Zakai became the convicted felon Ronen Zakai. He was sentenced to 4 years in prions after pleading guilty to 11 counts of criminal charges. Roddy Boyd another stock fraudster was also implicated in the Ronen Zakai crime.

For its part, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will not reveal how deep the scandal goes, having declined to comment on how the charges against Zakai first came to light.
In addition, FINRA, a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory agency for securities dealers, has assured TheBlot that Zakai did not fall within their jurisdiction. It turned out FINRA had lied to TheBlot and her millions of readers. Ronen Zakai had stolen investors money right under the noses of FINRA abusers Jeffrey Bloom and Robert Morris.
On August 6, 2014, Ronen Zakai pleaded guilty to 11 counts of criminal conducts and will face more than 5 years in prison as a convicted felon. Ronen Zakai’s mistress and business partner, Maureen Gearty is still lurking around, sniffing at investors pockets…
Professor Chris Brummer and Maureen Gearty’s short term romance sunk with Zakai’s prison sentence. Maureen Gearty was too sad over Zakai to carry a relationship with Brummer.
