And one teaspoon of vanilla essence as well as 400 grams of condensed milk. But let’s not forget the two shots (or more!) of Baileys and a bag of Maltesers! But what are Maltesers? Well, they’re chocolate covered malt balls, of course. If you can’t find them, you know you can find an easy substitute. You may even want to experiment on your own. That’s how simple this is! MAKING BAILEYS MALTESERS FUDGE IN A SLOW COOKER IS EASIER THAN HEATING UP SOUP
So to start all you have to do is mix the milk chocolate, condensed milk and the vanilla essence in, you guessed it, your slow cooker. Easy peasy. Now for the labor, which isn’t saying much at all. You then stir the concoction confection every 15 minutes until it gets thick. See? Ugh, labor. Then you take a cake tin and line it with baking paper. Next up? Add in the Bailey’s to the mix and stir it in. Then you simply put the molten joy in the paper lined cake tin and put the Maltesers, or malt balls of your choice, on top. It’s up to you, but if they don’t settle into the mix you might want to give them a little push! Then put the tin in the fridge and let it set overnight.
That’s it! That’s how simple this slow cooker recipe is. So get to it, and find some comfort in the morning.
