So have you ever stumbled around looking for all your bed sheets and pillow cases? Put all of your folded bed sheets into one matching pillowcase to keep everything together. That way you know where it all is, and this little package will be much easier to store. But most importantly your linen closet will look spiffy and creative. Don’t underestimate these simple home hacks! They really do make a difference.
HACKING YOUR SODA CANS FOR CLOTHING
Soda cans can be radical organizational hacks. You have any soda cans lying around? Just use the tab to create a double hanger. Put the tab around the neck of one hanger and then hang the second hanger from it to create a sort of second row of hangers. This will help you create way more space. Fancy, creative and affordable.

A PLACE FOR PLASTIC BAGS
So you know those old disinfectant wipes? They come in a cool, simple plastic container. They’re the same shape as soda cans. But they’re larger and come with their own sealed screw top. Once you’ve emptied one, clean it out and use the container for reusable plastic bags. This hack will use less space and you will have a creative method of accessing your plastic bags. If you don’t want to look at the disinfectant wipe label and if you have more time – make your own fancy label and affix it onto the container! Duct tape now comes in any color. Pick the one you want and it takes all of 2 minutes to custom color the container.
CHALKBOARD PAINT IS WICKED
Chalkboard paint is honestly just the best. And it’s an awesome organizational tool. You can do so much with it and it’s an amazing way to get your place looking prime. It’s expensive, but worth the investment. And a little goes a long way. You can buy a small can for this project. Paint small squares of chalkboard paint onto Mason jars. This way you can easily relabel your items if you want to switch it up. But if you’re in a dorm, just make sure you don’t create a massive paint-over you have to deal with before leaving at semester’s end.
