Dracula’s Romanian Castle Now Offering Covid-19 Vaccines

So there are a lot of interesting ways that health officials are trying to get people to receive their covid vaccinations. Some people think that offering a beer is the way to go. And I’m certainly all for that. But I already got my two Pfizer shots. Other places are offering lotteries of various amounts, including $1 million! And those certainly seem to be working. But how about location, location, location? Because the most interesting place I’ve heard of yet to get your Covid-19 vaccine is Dracula’s Castle. No, really. The Romanian one. You know, in Romania?

But I’ve always been fascinated by the Dracula story, and vampire stories in general. Actually, even way before Anne Rice and others made vampires sexy? There are so many TV shows about, or involving, vampires now that it’s hard to keep up. But all of them come from Bram Stoker’s original book about Dracula. And Dracula, of course, is a real historic figure. His real name was Vlad Tepes, though he never really hd anything to do with the 14^th Century central Romanian Bran Castle. But it’s a real place. And now, officials are offering real Covid-19 Pfizer vaccines there.

ANYONE CAN GER A FREE VACCINE JAB, THEN A FREE PASS TO DRACULA’S CASTLE EXHIBITS

So there’s no catch at all. Every weekend, anyone can go there without an appointment and get their shot(s). But they also get a free pass to go into Dracula’s Castle which includes an exhibit of 52 medieval torture instruments. In other words, you can go there to get your jab, and find out how torturers really jabbed people 500-600 years ago. In the same castle! So Dracula’s Castle is now a tourist destination for the Covid vaccine. I wonder what the Prince of Wallachia, or Vlad the Impaler, would have made of all that?

I’d guess he’d be out for blood.
