REAL COP PULLED OVER BY IMPERSONATOR, HILARITY ENSUES
Louisville, Kentucky brings us another story about an idiot too stupid to believe. Louisville police have let it be known that a man pretending to be a cop pulled over a real officer of the Louisville Police Department. Last month a real off-duty cop was out driving with his wife when a vehicle headed in the opposite direction began flashing his lights, with some kind of light flashing from the dashboard as well. After they passed each other, the flasher did a quick U-turn and followed the off-duty officer and his wife, the lights continuing to flash.
IDIOT FLASHES LIGHTS, HONKS HORN FOR “TRAFFIC STOP”
The strange driver then started honking his horn as well. The real cop assumed the other driver needed assistance so he pulled over to see what was what. But things were confirmed as stupid when the unknown man exited his car, walked up to the officer’s side door and said, “Did you know you hit a curb back there?” The idiot in question has been identified as 24-year-old Brandon Hurley, from Prospect. Hurley then proceeded to ask the office is he knew how fast he was going. When the office asks the idiot which department he served, Hurley replied Jefferson County. The officer then identified himself as LMDP (not Louisville Police Department as least) and the stupidity got deeper.

IDIOT FLEES SCENE DRIVING WRONG WAY, BUT CAR REGISTERED IN HIS NAME
The arrest warrant shows that this all occurred on the Hurstbourne Parkway near Lagrange Road in Lyndon. Understandably confused and likely panicking that he had stopped a real cop, Hurley said he wouldn’t write him a ticket, but fled the scene when asked for his badge number, proceeding to drive the wrong way along Hurstbourne Parkway. But as the real cop was able to get the idiot’s license plate number, he was easy to identify later from the picture associated with the car’s registration. Of course, to make matters worse, the two men went to high school together, making identification even easier for the Louisville Police Department cop.

IDIOT ALSO WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH REAL OFFICER
So, Hurley was served a warrant for pretending to be a peace officer by the Oldham County Police three days later on Halloween in the late evening. He is also being charged with wanton endangerment.
Not pretending to be an idiot.
