So Harvey Weinstein is in the news again. You may have heard he received a sentence of 23 years in prison for his sexual assault shenanigans. Well and good. And about time. But we haven’t heard the last of his disgusting abusive behavior. Not by a long shot, no sir. And Kate Beckinsale has dished on some awful nastiness we weren’t privy to before. And I like Kate Beckinsale. She made tight leather on vampires a thing of, well, beauty. And Harvey clearly liked what he saw, as well. But the problem was, Harvey wanted sexual power over the hottest movie stars. And he clearly had it. Because we’re only hearing about this 19 years after the fact.

WEINSTEIN LOST HIS MIND, SCREAMED AT BECKINSALE OVER NOT DRESSING UP AS “PUSSY” AT PREMIER
So what happened? Well, Beckinsale was in the movie Serendipity all those years ago. It’s a cute little love story, if you didn’t already know. But for Kate Beckinsale, the film’s premier was anything but cute. And yes, that’s all thanks to Harvey “jerk me off at least” Weinstein. He just had to bring these powerful women like Beckinsale to their knees. Sometimes literally. This time, he was angry that Beckinsale wore a white suit to the opening event. Harvey, the movie mogul perv, wanted Kate to wear a tight and revealing dress instead.

But there’s more, of course. Beckinsale reveals that Serendipity’s cast wanted to cancel or delay the red carpet event. It was just a few weeks after 9/11 and they thought it was disrespectful. But that’s what Harvey brought to the table, disrespect. And Beckinsale says he punished her for years over the attire tirade. Previously, she had revealed that Harvey sexually harassed her when she was only 17. Clearly, Kate didn’t feel comfortable talking about the rest until she knew he’s be behind bars for sure.
Oh, and Harvey? Don’t pick up the soap at your prison premier.
