YOUNG MILWAUKEE WOMAN WAITS IN ER FOR 2 HOURS, LEAVES FOR HELP ELSEWHERE ONLY TO DIE
So much for being the best country with the best healthcare in the world. Her name was Tashonna Ward. She was only 25 years old. Her job? She was a daycare teacher from Milwaukee. But recently, she wasn’t feeling well. The Milwaukee woman had shortness of breath and chest pains. So for anyone over the age of, well, having a sense of mortality, they know those aren’t good symptoms. So Tashonna went to the ER at Froedtert Hospital. But did she get immediate attention, never mind assistance? No. She waited more than two hours. So she did what anyone would do. She went somewhere else for help. Unfortunately for the young Tashonna Ward, she collapsed and died elsewhere.

WHAT KIND OF ER KEEPS SOMEONE WAITING WITH CHEST PAINS, SHORTNESS OF BREATH?
But the Milwaukee woman’s family thinks that this tragedy wasn’t necessary. I can’t say that I blame them. At all. They later told media that she waited in that ER for two hours. But they also said no one was monitoring her there. So she left. But what about this Froedtert Hospital? One of their spokespeople issued a statement, saying, “The family is in our thoughts and has our deepest sympathy. We cannot comment further at this time.” Ok. So you damn betcha you’re thinking about the family. Cause they have a lawsuit an ambulance chaser could only dream of.

MILWAUKEE FROEDTERT HOSPITAL WILL SOON LEARN WHAT THE PRICE OF LIABILITY TRULY IS
So what the hell happened here? That remains entirely unclear at this point. So of course media reached out to the Milwaukee hospital. They wanted to know about their general ER procedures. But so far, the hospital hasn’t answered any questions to date. So what are we to think about this? As of now, we don’t know what the young Milwaukee woman’s cause of death was. Maybe she would be dead no matter what happened in that ER. But waiting two hours? With chest pains and being short of breath? You do the math. I’m sure we’ll hear a number of dollars soon.
