YET ANOTHER MIRROR MONOLITH HAS APPEARED, THIS TIME NEAR LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
What in the world is going on with all these mysterious monoliths appearing in random places all over the world? And now they’re getting fancier? A mirror monolith, never mind multiple of the same, fancy kind? And I can’t help it, being a geek. Because every time one of these appears, I think of both the book and the movie of the same title, 2001: A Space Odyssey. The monolith in that book -and the rest of the series- were also totally mysterious, and seemed to have a little bit to do with spurring on intelligence with evolution. And now there’s a new one near Las Vegas?

MIRROR MONOLITH DISCOVERED ON A HIKING TRAIL NEAR GASS PEAK, NORTH OF SIN CITY
Word of this new appearance came with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s posting of two photos showing the mirror monolith on a hiking trail near Gass Peak, just north of where people all over the world come to gamble and do other things that stay in Vegas. The police noted that “We see a lot of weird things when people go hiking like not being prepared for the weather, not bringing enough water. Check this out.” They’re really saying that this is not the usual fare for them, especially at that location. Who put it there? And why? And how?

IS THIS MIRROR MONOLITH A VIRAL MARKETING SCHEME, OR ARE ALIENS PROGRAMMING US?
But those questions remain a mystery for this mirror monolith, and the by now at least 5 others that have appeared in widely spread locations. We’re talking one in Wales, Romania, California, Utah and who knows where else. But what’s the deal with them? Is this part of a viral marketing scheme to get people to visit these areas and locations? Is it, like in 2001, aliens placing these objects that are really complicated technology in an attempt to speed up our evolution and intelligence? Because I have to admit, trying that close to Las Vegas is a loser’s bet.
