LORD OF THE RINGS MODELED AN ORC AFTER HARVEY WEINSTEIN, SAYS ELIJAH WOOD
Harvey Weinstein as an Orc? This is brilliant and I only wish we all knew about it a lot earlier. Because looking back at the Harvey Weinstein saga only makes me angrier at how ugly it all was. Not for me, certainly. But for many, many many actresses. We know about quite a few of them. But my guess is we don’t know much more than the tip of the sexual predator’s iceberg which altered and even ended his victim’s careers and lives. And now we’re hearing from Elijah Wood, who says that one of the orcs from Lord of the Rings was modeled to look like Weinstein as a message.

WOOD SAYS THAT ORC AS WEINSTEIN DEPICTION WAS A MESSAGE TO DISGUSTING SEXUAL PREDATOR
Wood gave up the goods on a Hollywood podcast earlier this month, explaining that the Orc likeness was “sort of a fuck you” to the disgraced and jailed producer. Elijah Wood continued, “I think that is OK to talk about now. The guy is fucking incarcerated. Fuck him.” Indeed. Well, not in deed. That was the problem, right? Too many dirty deeds that were anything but cheap in cost to his victims. Harvey the Orc is currently serving a 23 year sentence for his crimes and still faces more charges in California.

WEINSTEIN’S INDUSTRY WIDE ORC UGLINESS DESERVES FAR MORE THAN JAIL TIME
The Orc Weinstein evidently tried to screw with Peter Jackson when the project was in early development at Miramax, which Weinstein co-founded with his brother. Needless to say, Jackson was able to find a better conduit for the first three films over at New Line Cinema instead, which seemed like a huge risk to invest in at the time. But despite the Orc Weinstein, the movies made their way to the screen, where they made $2.92 billion at the box office. Just imagine what other projects and careers that Orc Weinstein destroyed before we ever got to see them.
