Man’s Lawsuit Against Vegas Casino For Scorpion Testicle Sting More Than Nuts

MAN WHOSE TESTICLE WAS STUNG BY A SCORPION AT A VEGAS CASINO SUES YET AGAIN

It’s been nearly half a year since news broke about how a guest at the Las Vegas Venetian Resort got stung by a scorpion on his testicles.  And yes, it’s still true that that really happened.  It’s the kind of randomly horrific hotel nightmare scenario that could make anyone nuts with apprehension.  But speaking of nuts, those on 62-year-old Michael Farchi (the scorpion testicle sting victim) may never be the same.  He says that the trauma to the area down there from the scorpion sting has essentially ruined his sex life.  And while we knew half a year ago that he was planning a lawsuit, we didn’t know the (I refuse to say juicy) details.

NEW LAWSUIT CLAIMS THAT THE CASINO ACTUALLY KNEW THEY HAD A SCORPION PROBLEM AT THE TIME

And those details could provide some major traction towards winning his new lawsuit against Venetian Resort.  Well, and the lawsuit his wife, Batia, has also filed.  She claims to also be a victim, as her sex life has been ruined as well.  Apparently, Michael Farchi has been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction as a result of the scorpion sting.  Considering how he described the sensation at the time like “It felt like a sharp glass or a knife” and “like somebody stabbing me in my private area,” losing your sex life after that trauma is a bridge too far.  And there seems to be a good reason for his new lawsuit, as it claims that Venetian Resort knew they had scorpions on the premises due to construction on-site that let them in.

LAWSUIT CLAIMS MIXED NUTS MAN HAS PTSD, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION FROM SCORPION TESTICLE STING

Michael Farchi claims in his new lawsuit that the Vegas casino knew they had a scorpion problem and didn’t protect him as a guest.  And after the horrifying testicle sting he suffered, they were dismissive of what happened to him.  His lawsuit also claims he now has PTSD and emotional trauma from the event, the afore-mentioned ruined sex life (and his wife’s), a result of erectile dysfunction caused by the scorpion testicle sting.  And if he can even slightly prove that casino staff were holding their groins and laughing at him when he told them what happened, look out.

Like I said 6 months ago, look out on discovery on this one.  Could be juicy.
