MAN SHOOTS BARBER FOR SON’S SUPPOSEDLY BAD HAIRCUT IN TEXAS
So I can’t say I’m the sort who puts too much stock in hairstyles. Well, maybe I should say in my own hairstyles. I can certainly see getting a little upset over someone else’s. You know, if it was really bad. But what counts as really bad? And yes, I’ve heard quite a bit from women who say their hairstylist didn’t do what they asked for. Or what they said they’d do, anyway. But what about a barber? We’re talking about a haircut here, folks. Usually some sort of buzz of fade or whatever. And when you’re a kid, how high could the stakes be if you go to a barber in the first place? So I’m just a little confused how one father in Texas goes and shoots a barber over his son’s supposedly bad haircut.

MAN AND SON RETURNED TO GET FREE HAIRCUT FIX, THEN FATHER STILL SHOOTS BARBER
But that’s exactly what happened in Harris County. Last weekend -yes, the weekend before Christmas- a man took his newly teenaged son to a barber shop in Katy, Texas. That’s not too far from Houston proper. So anyway, the man and his son were none too happy with the haircut the boy got. They went home and came back to the barber shop. The barber redid, or fixed, whatever was wrong with the haircut for free. But then, for some reason, everything went bad over this haircut. Because after the boy got his free haircut fixing, his dad went and shot the barber. The two then immediately fled the scene at roughly 5 PM.

So we don’t know too much else so far. But I expect to hear more about who did this and whatever the hell is wrong with them. The barber went to a hospital and was in stable condition, fortunately. But the shooter is still at large, for now. Because of a bad haircut. I don’t expect that to last too long, though. He shot someone in front of his son! If there’s continuity, police will arrest him in front of his son as well. Poor kid. And no, we have no idea what could have been so bad about that haircut.
