WOMAN DIES AFTER THREE DAYS OF CRYSTAL METH DEATH PARTY WITH HUBBY
So Debra Johnson didn’t want to die at a nursing home. But we can all understand that. What isn’t clear in this story is what her condition was. But her husband Duane Johnson promised her he’d take her home so she wouldn’t have to suffer any more. And that’s just what he did. He took her home. And then he threw her a crystal meth death party for three days. No, really. That’s what happened. It’s a really sad story. But I’m not sure this man did anything (morally) wrong, at least from the available reports.

“DEATH PARDE GOD HELL,” POLICE ARRIVED TO FIND NAKED HUSBAND
So Minnesota police arrived at the Johnson’s Brown County home after they received a call to investigate a deceased person. Upon arrival, they saw the front screen door had been spray painted with the words, “Death Parde God Hell.” Duane then opened the door, naked, and hollered that “My wife is dead upstairs.” He then ran back inside. Police deputies found Duane in a bathtub. He told them that his wife had been “shaking so violently.” He told police he and his wife had been using crystal meth for “several days” before she died.

WIFE’S BODY WRAPPED IN LINEN, ACCORDING TO OLD TESTAMENT
Police also found Debra’s body. Duane had wrapped it in a gray bed sheet and secured with a belt. She was laying at the top of their home’s narrow stairway. Duane told police, “I prepared the dead like the Bible told me to do.” He said he followed the traditions from the Old Testament, “cleaning her, making her beautiful and wrapping her in linen.” He kept his promise to his wife by bringing her home to die. So they had a meth death party together for three days, listening to their favorite music. But most especially Quiet Riot’s “Metal Health.”
But police have charged Duane with criminal neglect and for receiving stolen property. Such a sad story.
